Harvest Ridge is a residential development located near the village of Milford, Ohio, in Clermont County's Miami Township. The development is situated just off of State Route 131 and is composed of 55 single-family homes and common areas which encompass Wolf Pen Run, a stony creek tributary of the Little Miami River. The development is characterized by a main entrance road, Harvest Ridge Drive, and two branching streets, Apple Blossom Lane, and Heritage Court, respectively. All three streets terminate in cul-de-sacs. The area is largely wooded and sharply sloping.
Harvest Ridge was developed by Towne Development Group, Limited, and the developer established the original homeowners association via Articles of Incorporation in 1996. Following the development of the last Harvest Ridge Residence in 2005, management of the Harvest Ridge Homeowners Association was assumed by five residents comprising a
Board of Trustees.
Harvest Ridge is very near Milford High School, Milford Junior High School, the public library and I-275 on the eastern side of Cincinnati.
